Terms and Symbols app for iPhone and iPad

This application provides a single standard for developing and depicting computer-generated military symbols for situational maps, overlays, and annotated aerial photographs for all types of military operations. The symbology focus primarily on military symbols applicable to Army land operations. When communicating instructions to subordinate units, commanders and staffs from company through corps echelons should use this application as a dictionary of operational terms and military symbols. Users can select from a series of options and each individual function presents the user with an immediate reference related directly to military terms and symbols. This application can be used for both training and deployment, has a symbol builder which allows the user to build doctrinally correct symbology.
